WIC Qualification Guidelines
WIC serves children up to the age of 5 years and women who are pregnant, post-partum 6 months, and breastfeeding up to 1 year. Participants must meet the following income guidelines:
Monthly Income guidelines for April 1, 2006 thru March 31, 2007 before taxes:
Family of 1 before taxes: $1,476
Family of 2 before taxes: $1,978
Family of 3 before taxes: $2,481
Family of 4 before taxes: $2,984
Family of 5 before taxes: $3,486
Medicaid or the medical card automatically qualifies a participant to receive WIC benefits.
