WIC Benefits
WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, health care referrals, immunization screening, and supplemental foods such as milk, cereal, 100% juice, cheese, eggs, peanut butter or beans, and infant formula. WIC has a breastfeeding support group that meets monthly and is open to the public. WIC offers breast pumps for special circumstances. WIC participates in the Farmers' Market Nutrition Program, which provides coupons for families to get free fruits and vegetables from local farmers.
