Ohio Buckles Buckeyes is a program that provides child safety seats and booster seats to eligible low-income families throughout Ohio. Clermont County residents who are eligible can receive a free car seat through Clermont County Public Health.To be eligible for the Ohio Buckles Buckeyes program, you must:

Funding for the program comes from child restraint fines through the Child Highway Safety Fund and from the Ohio Traffic Safety Office at the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
