All Birth Certificate orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are ordering a certificate for a newborn, please allow a minimum of 6 weeks after the child was born before requesting/ordering a Birth Certificate. Birth Certificates are $23.00 each plus the Official Payments credit card service fee. Standard shipping via US Postal Service is free. Please know that standard shipping cannot be tracked through the USPS. If you prefer to track your shipment you may want to consider expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is an additional $20.66. If you are requesting your order to be shipped outside the United States please call (513) 732-7499 to make arrangements. Birth Certificates prior to 1908 cannot be ordered online. Notice: Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 3705.29, it is unlawful to purposefully obtain, possess, use, sell or furnish, or attempt to obtain, possess, use, sell or furnish to another for the purpose of deception any certificate, record or certified copy of it that relates to the birth of another person, whether living or dead.

All orders received by 3:30 pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Standard shipping, (USPS First Class Mail , Free), will arrive in 3-7 days. Expedited shipping (USPS Overnight, $20.66), should arrive by noon the following day to most locations. Note that expedited shipping does not deliver on Sundays.
