Genealogy Research
We have dedicated a computer workstation
to genealogy research. All of our birth and death records are
scanned into an imaging program so that the researcher is able to view
an image of the actual record. The workstation is located at our Bauer
Road office and the public is free to do research MTWHF 8:30-4:30.
Certified Records
All birth and death records
are maintained in the county where the birth or death occurs. We recommend
you call ahead (513-732-7499) if you believe the birth or death occurred
in Clermont County, to be sure we maintain the record. The cost is $10.00
each. To obtain a copy of a certified birth or death certificate you
may send a letter of request with a S. A. S. E. (Self Addressed Stamped
Envelope), and a check made payable to the Clermont County Treasurer
