H1N1 Vaccination Clinics
The Health District is now offering FREE H1N1 vaccinations to anyone who wants to receive one. To make an appointment, please contact the Nursing Division at the Health District by calling 513-735-8400. Please be aware that due to the volume of calls you may have to hold for a period of time. Calls are answered in the order they are received.
What types of vaccine are being offered?
There are currently two forms of vaccinations available; a shot and nasal spray form. The nasal spray vaccine is recommended for healthy people 2 years to 49 years of age. The nasal spray form is just as effective as the shot form for the recommended age groups. The nasal spray vaccine has been in use with seasonal flu since 2003. If your child has ever received a Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) or Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccine, they have received a live vaccine.
Please continue to check this website or the Health District Hotline 513-588-5121 for updates.
